All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Why does it take this long? Unlike mass-market toys, Xephira paddles undergo a final quality check to ensure the surface texture and edge guard meet our professional standards before leaving our warehouse.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 10-15 business days depending on your location.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Xephira is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
If you receive your paddle and the packaging is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
